3.1 Secure payment

4. Terms of sales
Should you purchase any goods from www.complex-foam.com you will be contracting with Complex Foam on the terms outlined below and not with any third parties. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the Terms of sales, do not order any goods from this shop.

4.1 Stock availability
Availability of stock of products sold on www.complex-foam.com are generally available for dispatch on the day of the order. If any of the selected products are no longer available , Complex Foam will contact you by telephone or e -mail and set out the options that are available to you.
Complex Foam reserves the right to suspend supply of goods displayed if it is out of stock or for general site maintenance and may do this without warning or notice. Complex Foam also retains the right to change prices without notice or warning. Current prices of all goods are clearly marked on the product page and these are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Once the order is placed with complex-foam.com you will receive an email confirming that your order was received (this email does not constitute a confirmation of products availability), followed by an e-mail that you confirm that your order has been shipped. The email confirming dispatch of your order represents acceptance by us of your order.

4.2 Refunds
Refunds are made by the same method used to make the initial order.

4.3 Promo offers and promo codes.
Complex Foam may offer promotions and promo codes from time to time and shall have the right to end the action without prior notice. A promo code provided does not guarantee that it will be accepted after the offer period has expired. These codes cannot be applied to products that already have a discount applied.

4.4 Delivery
After ordering you can expect an average delivery time of 3 working days. If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us in order to inform us about the problem.

4.5 Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases from Complex-foam.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your product then let us know and we will happily refund the item if you contact us within 30 days. Returned items should be sent complete with their original packaging and a note of your order number, reason for return and wish for either a refund or replacement.

4.6 Cancellation
You have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods. As long as the goods are returned to us unused, in their original state and packaging. Please also include the order number and the request for a refund.

We cannot be held liable in case of delay or failure to comply with our obligations due to external factors beyond our control, or the inability to purchase our materials and goods unless to an higher price.
